During the CNN presidential debate on Thursday evening, President Joe Biden rambled incoherently on multiple occasions as he attempted to articulate his vision for the country. At one point during the debate, President Trump commented on Biden's inability to speak clearly as the 81-year-old Democrat slurred his words.
"I really don't know what he said at the end of that sentence, and I don't think he knows what he said either," Trump said after a lackluster response from his opponent.
