Donald Trump Praises Argentinian President Javier Milei, Says His Win Was A Win For MAGA

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News, 45th President Donald J. Trump told the outlet that Argentinian President Javier Milei's recent win was a win for the principles of MAGA globally. According to Trump, Milei said as much in a post-win phone call, telling the 45th president he was the "greatest guy in the world.' This is high praise, as Trump looks increasingly likely to seal the Republican nomination for his 2024 presidential run.

"It's essentially a MAGA-Trump movement," Trump said in an interview with Breitbart recorded towards the end of 2023. "It's a Trump movement." No doubt, there are commonalities between Trump's run and Milei's run. While their economic agendas do differ, Trump's populism and Milei's libertarianism both signal attempts to put their respective countries first -- and that signals a serious challenge to the radical left. Globalism helps no one, and it weakens our national interests. Fortunately for America (and Argentina), patriots are waking up to the effects of radical leftist politics in record numbers.

Trump continued, saying, "The Argentina guy said the greatest guy in the whole world is Donald Trump. He called me right after he won. I had never spoken to him. He called me to thank me... I said, 'Oh, why do you want to thank me?' He said, 'Your policies paved the way for this.' He's got everything. He called me the night he won the election, and he thanked me very much—he thanked me profusely. It's called 'Make Argentina Great Again.' He's got MAGA hats."

Fortunately for the global 'MAGA' movement, Trump is in as strong of a position with Republican voters as ever. Indeed, Trump remains a potent force to win the presidency in 2024. The Real Clear Politics polling average has Trump besting Biden in nationwide polling in recent months, and this is despite the fact that Republican presidential candidates can generally afford to underperform in the popular vote while still winning the election - as they did in 2000 and 2016.

As such, it stands to reason that the radical, far-left Democrats would use any means necessary to gain a much-needed political advantage - including indicting their most likely political opponent. Trump's dominance is impressive indeed. Patriots all over the nation must rally behind the eventual Republican nominee as conservatives try to undo the damage caused by the Biden administration and the radical liberal agenda they have imposed on our country -- indeed, the entire world.
