Minnesota Hotel Blacklisted After Refusing to House ICE Agents

The Hampton Inn in Lakeville, Minnesota has been stripped of its ability to host federal personnel after reports revealed it refused accommodations to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. The General Services Administration (GSA) removed the property from the Federal Accommodations List following complaints from both ICE and Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

A government spokesperson emphasized that the hotel violated federal policies by discriminating against lawful federal agents. The Hampton Inn’s license with Hilton was also reportedly affected by the controversy.

The decision sends a clear message: businesses that refuse to serve law enforcement will not receive taxpayer dollars. Supporters of ICE see this as a small but important victory for those on the front lines of immigration enforcement.
