WATCH: Illegal Immigrants Say They 'Love' Joe Biden For Open Borders - 'Thank You For Everything, Joe Biden!'

On Tuesday, Fox News' Bill Melugin shared stunning footage from the southern border showing illegal immigrants passing through the border wall in the middle of the day right in front of border patrol agents, all while thanking President Joe Biden for allowing them to cross into the country.

"Our cameras were rolling in Lukeville, AZ as groups of illegal immigrants rushed through a breach in the border wall as Border Patrol & federal contractors were trying to fix it," Melugin reported. "Their human smuggler then shrugs at our cameras & salutes us. Cuts/breaches all over wall here." In the video attached to Melguin's post, heavily armed Customs and Border Patrol agents can be seen looking on as the illegal migrant smuggler salutes Fox's camera crew while dozens enter Arizona.

Once the migrants passed through the border wall, Melugin was able to interview some of them, with one migrant saying, "I love you, Joe Biden, thank you for everything, Joe Biden! I'm a good person. I want to be a good person here in the United States." Another migrant explained to the Fox News reporter that he crossed the border illegally in order to better his economic future: "I came here because I want quality life. You know, America is a land of opportunity." The two men interviewed, one from Morocco and the other from Liberia, noted that they were heading to New York City in order to obtain work. Neither of them told Melguin that they were seeking asylum but rather were looking to advance themselves financially.

As President Biden continues to allow for an open border policy, some states like Texas are beginning to step up and fill the void. In order to prevent the growing number of migrants from crossing the Rio Grande illegally into Texas, Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) swore during the interview over the weekend to sign SB 4, which would give local police the authority to arrest illegal migrants. Local judges could also be granted the authority to subsequently deport those individuals, a legal maneuver that has been the sole responsibility of the federal government. "Texas is having to step up and do even more to make sure that we deny illegal entry into the state of Texas and as a result … in two weeks I'll be singing [the] new law," Abbott told the Fox audience.

"The problem is extraordinarily bad. The numbers are high, and that is because Joe Biden continues to lay out the welcome mat welcoming illegal immigrants into the United States of America," the governor said about Biden's open border policies, as previously reported by the DC Enquirer.
