'It Is Foundationally Evil': Franklin Graham SLAMS The Biden Admin's Latest Move On Pushing Abortion

On Thursday, evangelist Franklin Graham argued against recent comments made by Biden National Security Coordinator John Kirby. Kirby contended that the Biden administration has a sacred right and duty to fund abortions -- an utterly vile statement coming from the current administration.

“[O]ur policies, whether they are diversity, inclusion, and equity, whether they’re about transgender individuals who qualify, physically and mentally, to service, to be able to do it with dignity, or whether it is about female service members – one in five – or female family members being able to count on the kinds of healthcare, reproductive care specifically, that they need to serve, that is a foundational sacred obligation of military leaders across the river,” Kirby told Phil Wegmann of RealClearPolitics during Monday’s press briefing, as previously reported by National Review.

These are utterly senseless remarks from the current administration. The government has a sacred right and duty to protect life. That is its highest calling and duty -- protecting the innocent, who are the pillar of society. A government that turns away from this God-given prerogative is hardly a government at all -- it is a terror to the godly and not the wicked. But the Biden administration has made no attempt to function as God's minister for our good, as Romans 13 says. Instead, the Biden administration has functioned as a tyranny, more concerned with their own good than the common good of human society. It has been scarcely a corpse of the thing Saint Paul describes in glowing terms -- and unfortunately, God's law has not deterred the Biden administration in the slightest, as they war against reason, morality, and all that is good, true, and beautiful.

To these remarks, Graham replied with his characteristic boldness of speech, saying, "President Biden and the Democrats’ National Security Spokesperson said that we have a 'foundational, sacred obligation' to fund travel and expenses for US military personnel to have abortions. Are you kidding me? Sacred obligation?"

"Life is sacred. And it is foundationally evil that our government is so focused on taking the lives of innocent babies in the womb. I am grateful that the House said no to this funding—but it now has to go before the Senate. Our Senators need to hear an outcry of American voices letting them know that the military doesn’t need to be responsible for providing access to abortions," Graham added.

Graham concluded by saying, "Pray for our nation."
