CNN In Awe Of Trump As He Continues To Dominate The 2024 Election - He's 'In A League Of His Own'

An analyst for CNN praised Donald Trump as being in a “league of his own” in the Republican primary as the 45th president continues to dominate early polling despite attempts by the left to smear his name.

The article, authored by Stephen Collinson, while seemingly intended to attack Trump and his success, ultimately delivers some of the highest praise that the New York mogul has seen. He describes the Republican primaries as a “one-man race” for Trump, who is “polling higher than all his rivals put together.”

Collinson paints climbing from second place up to dethrone Trump as a herculean task that “most have never even dared to attempt.” He also highlights the tightening deadline as the voting for the Republican primaries is only months away, giving candidates with significantly lower polling an even higher mountain to conquer.

The CNN analyst attempted to highlight aspects that he considered to be a negative for President Trump, such as the numerous indictments that have been leveled against him by the Biden Department of Justice and Democrat district attorneys. In many ways though, the indictments have been a positive boon for Trump as his supporters have rallied behind him given that they see the extent of the attacks against him.

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, Trump's mug shot, which was taken in the Fulton County jail, has become a massive fundraising point, allowing the ex-president to get over $7 million following the first 48 hours of the merchandise being released. Sales continued to come in with the one-week total coming out to be over $12 million, all of it being dedicated to his campaign.

Collinson took time to discuss the other GOP candidates, but ultimately they all fell short of the achievements of Trump. While each candidate has a unique spin on conservative and Republican politics that would normally validate their candidacy, the support surrounding Trump completely drowns out any relevancy for them.

He does take a lot of time to discuss Vivek Ramaswamy, noting that while he has no chance of conquering Trump in 2024, he may still have a very successful career ahead of him in politics. Collinson notes that Ramaswamy is burdened by the fact that he appeals to the same voters that Trump does, making it extremely difficult for the 38-year-old to hope to beat out the leading candidate.

Seeing one of Trump's largest critics, CNN, noting how successful he has been goes to showcase just how much control and dominance the New York businessman has on the GOP.
