BREAKING: Trump Found GUILTY In Hush Money Case

On Thursday, the presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump was found guilty on all counts by the 12-person jury in the business records fraud case brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D).

Following a week-long case that saw over 20 witnesses take the stand, the jury was sent to begin their deliberations at around 11:30 AM EST on Tuesday, following jury instructions from Judge Juan Merchan. The jury instructions have been described as unprecedented, with the judge splitting the jury up into three groups of four to consider the three alleged crimes that Trump committed. "Merchan just delivered the coup de grace instruction. He said that there is no need to agree on what occurred. They can disagree on what the crime was among the three choices.  Thus, this means that they could split 4-4-4, and he will still treat them as unanimous," legal expert Jonathan Turley explained.

rump faced 34 charges of falsifying business records, with the prosecution claiming that he violated federal campaign finance law when he reimbursed his former lawyer, Michael Cohen after Cohen paid adult film star Stormy Daniels $130,000 not to go to press with an alleged affair that she had with Trump in 2006.

This is a developing story and will be updated accordingly.
