BREAKING: Biden Justice Department Has Told Trump He Will Be Indicted Next Week, Report Claims

On Wednesday, the Department of Justice informed 45th President Donald Trump that he will face an indictment over the probe into the classified documents he had at his residence in Mar-a-Lago, a new report finds.

JustTheNews reports, "the DOJ declined to delay the planned indictment of Trump to investigate allegations that a senior prosecutor working on the case tried to influence a key witness by discussing a federal judgeship with the witness’ lawyer."

As was widely reported, the FBI raided Trump's home in Mar-a-Lago in August of last year over classified documents he kept on the residence. While Trump has faced a potential indictment for some time, there was little movement on the incident from August until now. Indeed, it was revealed that Joe Biden also possessed classified documents, both from his time as Vice President and his time as a Senator from Delaware.

The Post Millenial previously reported, "The sources said that the allegation is still pending in a secret case before Chief US District Judge James E Boasberg in Washington, DC. A federal indictment brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith could be handed by a federal grand jury to Trump as early as next week."

Smith's team is alleging a violation of 18 US Code Chapter 37 Section 793 which prohibits the “gathering, transmitting or losing” of information pertaining to national defense. They are also weighing charging Trump with obstruction of justice and alleged false statements.

This is still a developing story and we will update as details emerge. But this is clearly an unjust attack on the leading Republican presidential contender.
