BREAKING: Meta Hit With MASSIVE Lawsuit By Bipartisan Group Of 41 Attorneys General

On Tuesday, a bipartisan group of 44 state attorneys general from across the nation filed suit against Meta, which controls Facebook and Instagram, for addictive features targeted at teenagers and children.

The lawsuit is the latest salvo in the push against Big Tech as technology companies from Google to Meta to Amazon have all been hit with massive lawsuits in recent months.

The AGs allege that Meta purposefully designed their platforms to keep young users online and coming back to the platform. According to CNBC, the company accomplished this through the "design of its algorithms, copious alerts, notifications, and so-called infinite scroll through platform feeds."

The lawsuit also alleges that the technology giant negatively impacts teens' mental health through the promotion of body dysmorphia and other mental illnesses.

This is a developing story and will be updated accordingly.
