On Tuesday, 45th President Donald Trump was arraigned by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) after the indictment against him was revealed.
The indictment consists of 34 counts of falsifying business records. Each felony appears to be copy pasted each time with a change in dates.
In addition, Bragg stated during a press conference explaining the indictment that his case is built upon the idea that Trump was concealing another crime with his payment of $130,000 to Stormy Daniels.
When asked what crime was, however, Bragg said that the law does not require him to list a crime. In response to the weak case, Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) blasted Bragg for interfering in the democratic process.
“Alvin Bragg is attempting to interfere in our democratic process by invoking federal law to bring politicized charges against President Trump, admittedly using federal funds, while at the same time arguing that the peoples’ representatives in Congress lack jurisdiction to investigate this farce,” wrote Speaker McCarthy. “Not so. Bragg’s weaponization of the federal justice process will be held accountable by Congress.”

TRUMP HIRES ‘ADDITIONAL FIREPOWER’ FOR LEGAL DEFENSE AS ARRAIGNMENT LOOMS
The case against Bragg is laughable and is political persecution in order to knock out the leading 2024 Republican presidential candidate. Trump is expected to speak to the country about the arraignment in Mar-a-Lago Tuesday evening at 8:15 p.m. EST.
The judge in the case did not issue a gag order, however, he did encourage Trump to stay off social media and limit statements that could lead to violence or civil unrest.
