Throughout the interview, RFK discusses his fear of having America turn its back on freedom of speech and other Constitutional rights in the name of safety or convenience. Kennedy explained that he holds skepticism to any body that holds considerable power, emphasizing his experience suing government agencies and corporate polluters.
Kennedy explained that he began to see a decline in the public health agencies around the 1980s, recounting the first Earth Day in 1970.
