Special Counsel Jack Smith and the Biden Department of Justice have let loose yet another indictment of 45th President Donald J. Trump and presented the details to the press late on Tuesday.
In response to the indictment, a slew of House Republicans came out to blast the Biden Department of Justice for the interference in the 2024 election via lawfare.
"Jack Smith is a rogue prosecutor with an axe to grind aganist President Trump, who is willing to tip the country and the rule of law on its head by throwing indictment after indictment aganist their biggest threat," wrote Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL).
