On Tuesday, the Republican-led House Oversight Committee released explosive evidence that detailed Hunter Biden's communication with the Chinese Communist Party-linked energy company CEFC.
"In a WhatsApp exchange dated 8/3/2017, Hunter Biden tells CEFC associate Gongwen Dong, aka Kevin: 'The Biden's are the best I know at doing exactly what the Chairman wants from this [partnership],'" the Oversight Committee wrote. "CEFC is a CCP-linked Chinese Energy Company."

The committee then pointed out that the day after this exchange, Hunter Biden's shell company, OWASCO PC, received $100,000 from the CEFC.
"Who is “the Chairman?” Ye Jianming is a Chinese billionaire tied to a CCP-intelligence gathering agency," the Oversight Committee explained. "Ye stated that CEFC China’s vision 'is to obtain overseas resources and serve the national strategy.'”
"He wanted to expand China’s reach and influence around the world," the Republican lawmakers explained, adding, "As more facts come to light, it becomes even more evident that the Bidens put China and their interests first and America last."
It is becoming increasingly clear that President Biden's corruption is extensive and unquestionable. These communications between Hunter Biden and Gongwen Dong demonstrate once again that the Biden family received hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars in exchange for favors.
House Republicans should take immediate action to get the answers that the American people deserve and hold President Biden accountable.
