BREAKING: Fulton County Grand Jury Recommended Charges For Lindsay Graham, Dozens Of Other Trump Allies

On Friday, a report from the Fulton County grand jury was released that included recommendations for charges against atleast 30 others not named from amongst the 19 already pleading not guilty to the charges. Some of those not charged include Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-SC), former Georgia Sen. Kelly Loeffler, and former Georgia Sen. David Purdue.

"A majority of the Grand Jury believes that perjury may have been committed by one or more witnesses testifying before it," the report reads. "The Grand Jury recommends that the District Attorney seek appropriate indictments for such crimes where the evidence is compelling."

The charges were brought under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act which is often used to combat crime syndicates and mob organizations.

Willis officially indicted President Trump and 18 other allies earlier this summer for their actions following the 2020 presidential election. Trump specifically was hit with 13 charges including "Violation Of The Georgia Rico (Racketeer Influenced And Corrupt Organizations) Act," "Solicitation Of Violation Of Oath By Public Officer," "Conspiracy To Commit False Statements and Writings" and "Conspiracy To Commit Forgery in the First Degree," as well as a number of other charges.

This is a developing story and will be updated accordingly.
