BREAKING: Fulton County DA Fani Willis Indictment Of Trump LEAKED

On Monday, initial reports began to surface from Reuters after a reporter announced via X, formerly Twitter, that leading 2024 Republican candidate and 45th President Donald Trump had been indicted by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. However, these initial reports were later revealed to be false.

Reuters cleared up the confusion, explaining that a document containing the charges had been briefly posted to the court's website despite the fact that the grand jury had yet to finish meeting.

The document in question was dated August 14th and names Trump along with various charges being brought against him. Those charges include "Violation Of The Georgia Rico (Racketeer Influenced And Corrupt Organizations) Act," "Solicitation Of Violation Of Oath By Public Officer," "Conspiracy To Commit False Statements and Writings" and "Conspiracy To Commit Forgery in the First Degree," as well as a number of other charges.

"The Reuters report that those charges were filed is inaccurate. Beyond that we cannot comment," the Fulton County DA's office said in a statement.

This is a developing story and will be updated accordingly.
