Biden was taking a bike ride near his home in Rehoboth, Delaware on Sunday when reporters posed the question to the president. A reporter asked Biden, “How do you think things are going at the border, sir?”
“Much better than you all expected,” Biden countered, followed by a chuckle at his answer. The reporter then gave a follow-up question, asking if Biden had any intent to visit the border, to which he responded that he would not, claiming it would be “disruptive” to visit.
Biden’s outrageous claims come after 83,000 migrants crossed the southern border last week, a new record in American history, per The Daily Wire. Things are unlikely to get much better anytime soon as up to 700,000 potential illegals have been waiting at the border for the expiration of the public health order.“How do you think things are going at the border?”

These claims come as cities across America are being completely overwhelmed, with New York City being in a state of emergency and considering revoking its sanctuary city status, per the DC Enquirer.
Biden’s comments don’t come as much of a surprise though. He has frequently claimed to have things under control at the southern border, completely ignoring the emerging crisis. His Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, has followed an equally blind approach, making claims that the number of migrants crossing the border is decreasing despite border officials saying the opposite.
The Biden administration is also facing multiple lawsuits from the states of Texas and Florida for their abysmal policy, as reported by the DC Enquirer.
The Biden administration is failing American citizens in its complete lack of regulation of the border. The immigrants pouring in en masse isn’t just affecting border cities, but cities all over the nation as well. The pace at which the migrants are coming in will not be sustainable for a long period, or frankly a short period either. Something must be done by the Biden administration, and it must be done soon, or else it will be American citizens who pay the price.
